Confidentiality and authorisation
Most people who need Jane’s help will be asked to sign a consent form, which gives Jane and her staff permission to make enquiries and receive information from other bodies, such as the local authority, a government agency or the Department for Work and Pensions.
We will never use personal data for marketing, or any other purpose. Personal information is treated with the strictest confidence, and only shared with the relevant agency, and where absolutely necessary, in order to resolve a problem.
